Giveaway Entry & Eligibility 

No purchase necessary. This book is available worldwide, free of charge, to the first 1,000 people who place an order. The only cost is shipping. We pass along live carrier rates at checkout and make no profit on shipping.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it is fulfilled. Please note that since this is a limited-quantity giveaway, if you cancel your order and all books have been claimed, we may not be able to reinstate your order. Once your order has been fulfilled, we are no longer able to cancel or amend it.

Damaged/Quality Issues

If your order arrives damaged or with a visible print quality issue, please email us at contact@support.elonbookgiveaway.com with your order number and a photograph of the issue. For best results, photograph the item on a flat surface with the defect clearly visible. A photograph is required to process any claim. Please note that due to limited availability, replacement stock may not be available.

Refunds

As the book is free of charge, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges. The only exception is if your order arrives damaged or with a print quality issue and you submit the required photograph described above. In such cases, any refund will be limited to the shipping cost you paid.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs charges that vary by country. We are unable to calculate these in advance. For more information, please contact your local customs office. You are responsible for any such fees. Please note that if a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, we are unable to issue a refund.
